When you submit your order to the xy-gay.com/XY-Studios s.r.o. the shipping method will be regular mail or parcel post.
Orders will always be dispatched in plain, neutral packaging to the address you give on your order.
The xy-gay.com/XY-Studios s.r.o. cannot be held responsible for postal delays or delays by Customs, nor for any customs/import charges which may be levied in your country. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that it is legal for you to receive the goods you have ordered and therefore that xy-gay.com/XY-Studios s.r.o. will not accept any responsibility for goods seized and/or confiscated by the Customs authorities in your country of residence.
Faulty or damaged goods
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged or in any way faulty, please notify us by email to sales@xy-gay.com within 7 days of receipt and we will advise you what to do. Generally we will require you to return the item(s) to us in their original packaging by the cheapest means possible and it will be necessary for you to pay these postage costs, which will be credited back to you. The xy-gay.com/XY-Studios s.r.o. will not accept any responsibility for goods that you claim you have returned but are not received by us and we therefore suggest that you use a means of postage where we are required to sign for receipt of the package.
In the case of faulty goods we reserve the right to supply a replacement if possible and only in the event that the item is no longer available or you are not willing to accept a suitable alternative will we issue a refund.
